ABOUT ESTATE Elio Ccotarma cultivates coffee at Apu Choqesafra Mountain in Inkawasi. The farm is surrounded by dense forest that provides natural shade for the coffee trees, and fallen leaves gradually decompose into organic nutrients for the soil. The Bourbon variety is known for its tall plants, relatively low yields, and susceptibility to disease, it is highly prized for its excellent cup quality.
