Red cherries were harvested in February 2026 and fermented in tanks for one day, hand-washed and cleaned the following day. Then dried on raised beds before being moved into a temp-controlled dark room for drying.
Since 1918, the Lamastus family has cultivated coffee at Elida Estate, now operated by Wilford Lamastus Sr. and his son. The unique conditions slow down the ripening process, allowing sugars to develop more fully in the cup. Elida Gesha has won multiple awards at the BOP. This lot comes from the Torre plot.
