Bambito, operated by the Sittón family, benefits from a unique microclimate created by two mountain ridges and natural spring water. Bambito won the Washed Gesha category at BOP 2021 and continues to preserve coffee diversity through its greenhouse and cupping laboratory. This washed Gesha comes from the Highland Grace.
