ABOUT ESTATE Clara Luz is located in the Huancocolla Valley of Loja Province, Ecuador, and managed by Servio. The farm placed 5th in the Ecuador COE in 2021 and 2023, and also placed 1st place in the Taza Dorada in 2022 with a record-breaking score of 92.65. Ripe cherries with a sugar content of 20–22°Bx are carefully hand-picked, washed and sorted, then fermented and dried until reaching a moisture content of around 10.5% before storage.
