One Half Roastery was founded in August 2023 by three-time Malaysian Barista Champion @keith_koay - a specialty coffee roastery focused on seasonality, harmony, and accentuating origin character.

This time, we’re bringing 10 coffees from the new crop, all the way from Shanghai to Kuala Lumpur.

Different origins, varieties, and processing methods bring out distinct expressions of terroir, reflecting our recent explorations into coffee and its many possibilities. We look forward to sharing these coffees with you at this Bar Takeover.
